CAUTION: Avoid This Rental! Now that our refund has come through, I feel it's time to share my experience. Back in March 2021, I booked a place in Telluride, CO, called Basecamp at Ore Station. They had my full payment since January 2020 and even rolled over my rental from last year's Covid shutdown. Just a week ago, I got an email confirming our stay. But then, six days later, Invited Home called to say the owner decided to stop renting Basecamp at Ore Station. They offered us another property, which was far from town, our friends, and nowhere near the ski lifts. After two years of planning around Covid-19, we suddenly found ourselves without a place to stay just weeks before our family spring break trip. The only options were to take the other location or get a refund. The rental agreement's fine print says they can cancel anytime for any reason and are only required to give you a refund. It’s pretty unethical for a company or owner to cancel less than two months before a long-planned trip, especially during a busy season like spring break. We have our own family vacation property that we’ve rented out for years, and we would never treat a rental contract with such disregard. We travel a lot and usually hit the slopes 2-3 times a season, renting homes and condos each time. Cancelling this late... $3K worth of plane tickets and lift tickets already purchased for two without season passes puts renters in a tough spot, scrambling for new accommodations. We found other places but had to spend a lot more money with a group we trust won’t bail on us. With policies like those of Invited Home, we will NEVER work with this company again. I can guarantee my wife and our eight friends on this trip will spread the word, post on Trip Advisor, and share this review on every rental review site we can find. Shame on Invited Home and the homeowners for your dishonesty and lack of integrity. You must be a member of Congress! Oh, and just so you know, we spotted the unit still listed on another rental site this morning. How nice.

I had a wonderful experience with InvitedHome at their property, Shaqteau Telluride, located in Mountain Village. While it wasn't directly in the village, there’s a complimentary shuttle that whisks you there in about 5 minutes. The entire team was really responsive, and the text updates we received from them were just great.

I wouldn't recommend using InvitedHome. I had booked a ski season rental for three and a half months and was promised that everything was set. Turns out, InvitedHome misled me about their capability to handle the homeowner's interests. I paid a hefty deposit, and then weeks later, they contacted me to say they couldn't fulfill my lease anymore. They didn't provide any explanation for the cancellation. Now, my wife and I are stuck without a place to stay. Seriously, just avoid them if you can.

This is truly one of the finest property management companies I've come across in my years of renting vacation spots along Hwy 30-A in Florida. They were super helpful, sending us all the info we needed and always available for any questions or issues we had throughout our stay. Plus, they supplied more towels and laundry essentials than what you usually get. And let me tell ya, the local coffee they provided was delicious! All these little touches made for an outstanding experience and a much better vacation.

We spent a week at InvitedHomes Villa Chaparral in Santa Barbara for a family reunion. With 14 of us, from toddlers to octogenarians, we all had a blast. The Villa was amazing regarding space, amenities, and activities like the pool, trampoline, and gym. It was super comfortable, and the property was well-kept. The InvitedHome team we interacted with was always helpful and polite. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Invited Home truly blew me away! Their customer support is hands down among the finest I've encountered. Whenever we required assistance, they responded promptly and cheerfully. We’re definitely planning to book with them again soon! Our time in Seacrest Beach on 30a was fantastic; the house was just right and the spot was unbeatable.

We just had a stay at one of the InvitedHome spots in Avon, Colorado. The house was amazing, and the InvitedHome crew was top-notch. The whole check-in and check-out experience went off without a hitch. We could reach the InvitedHome team on our cell phones throughout the trip, and they were super quick to respond whenever we needed something. One of the best things they did was set up and take down the tent we rented for the kids in the backyard. That was a really nice touch. Looking forward to our next visit!

InvitedHome was an awesome help in landing our rental spot in Breckenridge, Colorado. They were quick to respond to emails and even gave us a ring to see if we needed anything else. I really appreciated the text service once we got settled into the place. Unlike other rental companies, it felt like I was actually talking to a real person instead of just some automated system.

From start to finish, renting this place was just perfect. Honestly, it was the prettiest house we've ever stayed in, no contest! Huge thanks for turning this into our top vacation. If it were possible, I'd rate it ten stars. That's how much we adored Verona and our time with Invited Home.

Last week was just amazing for our vacation. We’re big fans of the beaches along 30a and have been visiting nearly every year for over a decade. This house was likely the most beautiful one we've ever rented, and the service from InvitedHome was top-notch. They made booking a breeze and were available during our stay to assist with anything we needed. We’re absolutely planning to book with them again for our next adventure!

InvitedHome really knocked it out of the park with their service. They helped us book an amazing place in Santa Barbara and even checked in with us when we got there to ensure everything was spot on. We were impressed by how quick they were to respond and loved their tips on private chefs and local sailing options. The house was just incredible - pure luxury - and had everything we needed for our 5-day getaway. We’d definitely book again with InvitedHome.

I arranged a trip through Invited Home using Homeaway. Homeaway Corporate informed me that I’d get my deposit back since I canceled 5 months ahead of the travel dates. However, Invited Home denied my refund request. They really don’t seem to care about their customers and are tough to talk to when it comes to finding a solution. I wouldn’t suggest them or consider using their services again for my travels.

If I could rate it higher than five stars, I totally would! From the instant we entered, we were smitten. The staff at Invited Home were an incredible crew to collaborate with. They assisted me in pulling off some fantastic surprises while we were there. We had all we could possibly want. The lodging surpassed all our hopes. We’re super excited to return soon!

Invited Home provided me with way more than just a beach condo; they offered a Rosemary Beach escape without a care in the world. From our initial chat to my checkout, Lauren and the team were on hand to ensure everything met our expectations. The spot was fantastic, and the condo was just right—spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully adorned. I'm already looking forward to doing it all again next year!!

This was our initial experience with InvitedHome, and I can’t recommend booking with them enough. From the very first interaction to the end of our stay, the team at InvitedHome was exceptional. They were on top of everything and super quick to respond. It felt like we had our own personal concierge. I’ll surely be using their services again.
